About – JHA Embroidery Designs

As a child of the ‘60s, Jennifer Hubbard Alba found her passion in the beautiful textiles of India, Mexico, and the stunning tapestries of the 16th and 17th century England. She was self-taught as a little girl, influenced by many styles and genres of embroidery. She calls it, “a mix of bohemian, traditional, and old world… with a bit of whimsy thrown in.” Jen’s joy has come from doodling on clothing, and then developing those doodles into full-color, hand-embroidered designs.
